All of the LR team was in it to get me into my hard to find 2022 Defender and not just out for a buck. Customer Services was all around strong and consistent. Straight to the point and not a waste of time is how I would describe my experience with the team.I drove 80+ miles and do not regret the trek. The process was not rushed and they took their time. My husband and I had an excellent buying experience in that dealer. Three month ago we went there to buy me a new car/to order/build my own Range Rover Evogue HSE 2020. We met Ben Zapata he was nice and professional, he helped us with a selection of car, he gave us few recommendations, he has a great communication skills and he is knowledgeable in his job. I just finished picking up my order from JLR Ventura and could not have had a better experience. I worked with Martin who provided amazing customer service to an admittedly difficult customer. He provided quick, honest updates every time I asked, which was far to frequently. Martin and the dealership stuck to their word on the price, even in this constantly changing car market. This is a luxury dealership that still knows how to provide luxury customer service. I highly recommend working with them.
