My husband and I had an excellent buying experience in that dealer. Three month ago we went there to buy me a new car/to order/build my own Range Rover Evogue HSE 2020. We met Ben Zapata he was nice and professional, he helped us with a selection of car, he gave us few recommendations, he has a great communication skills and he is knowledgeable in his job. Last week ago our car is arrived, I can’t be more happy. Everything in the car as we ordered. The new defender is a great looking vehicle. Rugged and luxurious. But it cost more than I can afford. I did talk to a salesman and he was very nice.

I just finished picking up my order from JLR Ventura and could not have had a better experience. I worked with Martin who provided amazing customer service to an admittedly difficult customer. He provided quick, honest updates every time I asked, which was far to frequently. Martin and the dealership stuck to their word on the price, even in this constantly changing car market. This is a luxury dealership that still knows how to provide luxury customer service. I highly recommend working with them.
